Based in 's-Hertogenbosch, working across Europe
Our headquarters is in 's-Hertogenbosch. This is where the teams that keep everything running come together, from engineering to operations. Our customers and partners are spread across Europe, and so is our team, with colleagues in the UK, the DACH region and France.
That means you'll work with people from different countries and backgrounds, while the lines stay short. We're one organisation with one shared vision, and no silos per country.
How we hire at CLC
1. Getting to know you
Apply via the vacancy and our recruiter will give you a call for a short introduction. We'd like to hear who you are and what energises you.
2. Meeting in person
Next, you'll visit our office in 's-Hertogenbosch for a conversation with the recruiter and one of our team members.
3. Assessment and second interview
You'll complete a technical and/or personal assessment. In the second interview, we go through it together and dig a little deeper with follow-up questions.
4. Offer and welcome
Everyone excited? Great, then we'll prepare your offer. Once you accept, we start your onboarding and officially welcome you to the team.

What does CLC do?
CLC makes load carriers such as pallets and roll containers, as well as trailers, visible across the supply chain. By combining hardware, connectivity and software, we turn what happens along their journey into knowledge that producers, logistics providers and retailers can work from.
Where is CLC based?
Our headquarters is in 's-Hertogenbosch( the Netherlands) and we also have colleagues in the UK, the DACH region and France. Depending on your role, you'll work from one of these locations, with the option of hybrid working.
How is CLC different from other tech or logistics companies?
We develop our own hardware, connectivity and software in-house, so you're not working on one layer of the solution but helping to build the whole of it. We're also neutral, because we don't own a pool or have a stake in any single link of the chain, which allows us to work with every party in it.
